Shipping Policies

We ship to the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. Shipping rates for all orders are as follows: Orders $0.01 - $25.00 = $7.50, Orders $25.01 - $49.99 = $8.50, Orders $50.00 or more are free.
Berthas Bubble Boutique ships domestic orders U.S.P.S. Parcel Post or Priority Mail. However we reserve the right to ship at our discretion using U.S.P.S., U.P.S., D.H.L, Common Carrier, or what ever means is most feasible pertaining to the particular order that is being shipped. At our customers request we will obtain a tracking number and email that information to them.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any order shipped is picked up. In the event that a customer does not pick up a shipped item and the item is returned to us, the customer is responsible to pay for any return postage as well as required postage to reship the item back to them a second time. These postage fees must be paid prior to the order being shipped a second time. All customers have (14) fourteen days from the time we receive a returned shipment to pay any reshipping. In the event that a customer does not pay reshipping fees within (14) fourteen days of their order being returned to us, the items will be disposed of and no refund will be given for the order.
Return Policy
Berthas will give a refund on any Bath and Body order up until the time the shipper has been contacted. Once the shipper has been contacted no refund will be given.
If a customer requests a refund on any order that we have placed into production status, any ingredients or materials that were used to produce their order up to that point will be deducted from the refund given to the customer, as well as any bank charges associated with the order.
We do not offer a Return Policy on our items due to the fact that each item is custom made for the customer at the time of purchase. In an event that an item would be returned, the item would have to be discarded by us and could not be resold. We could not verify the purity of any item that had been shipped and returned to us.
Backorder Policy
All products are hand-blended as ordered.
Damaged Goods Policy
We do our best to insure that all merchandise is properly packaged and marked for shipping. However we do not have any control over damage during the handling by a carrier or delivery company. In the event that an item is damaged during shipping, the customer will need to file a claim with the carrier or delivery company. We usually use the U.S.P.S. for deliveries. If an item is delivered damaged by the U.S.P.S., the customer needs to file form 1000 with the U.S.P.S. If an item is delivered damaged by another carrier, please contact the carrier and they will instruct you in the procedures for filing such a claim.
Please be advised that each company has a specific time limit for filing a damaged claim. This is usually 10-15 days from the delivery date.
Always remember that if you receive a package that is visably damaged upon arrival, be sure to point out the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery.
